An international competition was held for ideas for adapting the use and regeneration of the Ray Cement Factory. it was one of the first competitions to be held on the topic of adapting the use and regeneration of the Ray Cement Factory. This competition required the participation of a group of different experts from a variety of fields; these include: architecture, restoration, economics and other related areas.

Our team proposal is a combination of cultural, recreational and green spaces, which includes a variety of activities and events: In this idea, museum functions such as visiting the remnants of industrial machinery, green open spaces and various promenades, restaurants and cafes, educational spaces related to plants and the place of cultivation and sale of special plant products. These special plants need a controlled environment to grow plants and vegetables. Therefore, it proposes a transparent dome over the open

parts of the complex, which, while providing this controlled platform, creates a giant interior space for work, leisure, and shopping.
