Originally built in the 1980s, this 300 sqm apartment in Elahiyeh, Tehran, required a complete renovation to improve functionality and spatial flow. The redesign included upgrading electrical and mechanical systems, modifying ceiling structures, and optimizing layout efficiency. Special attention was given to the kitchen and master bedroom, where major structural and aesthetic enhancements were made to create a more modern and cohesive living experience.

The main master bedroom was designed as a wooden spatial package, including a bathroom, closet, and workspace.

The kitchen, an important space next to the private living area, was designed as a black box. It stayed connected to the surrounding space while also creating a clear boundary using different materials. This contrast helped define its space while keeping it open and perfectly merged with the overall design.

For the interior design of this apartment, our focus was on dividing spaces using materials, design elements, and smart layouts. The goal was to keep the space cohesive and spacious while ensuring good flow and easy access throughout the apartment.
