The main task of urban crossings is to provide a suitable platform for the presence of pedestrians and their mobility. Sometimes there are obstacles in the way of urban passages that prevent mobility and dynamism. The present Project faces a challenge of this kind. The complex of parks located in the lands of Abbasabad includes spaces, each of which can adequately enhance urban life but are now in the form of islands that have been separated from the city and its residents by natural or man-made elements. The historical Valiasr Street in the west of these parks is separated from this urban space by a variety of obstacles. The plan tries to connect the different parts of this route by assessing the contextual conditions and examining the obstacles that were mentioned.
